On July 15, 2020, LOT Polish Airlines resumed the domestic connection between Katowice Airport and Warsaw. Due to the coronavirus pandemic, the route was suspended since March. Till the end of August, the national carrier will handle two flights daily from Katowice Airport to the Capital. On the basis of the booking system, it appears that the Polish carrier will return to the old flight frequency, i.e. four flights per day, on September 1, 2020.
