During the first days of June 2025, Wizz Air commenced three new regular routes, connecting Katowice Airport with Moldova, Italy and Spain. On 1 June (Sunday), the airline launched flights to the capital of Moldova, i.e. Chișinău. On 2 June (Monday), the first flight to Pisa in Italy took place, while on 3 June (Tuesday), the first operation to the capital of Spain, i.e. Madrid, was handled.

Apart from launching new routes, Wizz Air increased the number of based Airbus A320 family aircraft at Katowice Airport to 6 at the beginning of June.
