In October, Katowice Airport noted a total of 642,687 passengers – 83,138 more (+14.9%) than last year. It was the best tenth month in the airport’s history; the previous record for this period, achieved in 2024 (559,549 passengers), was surpassed.

Wizz Air, Ryanair, LOT Polish Airlines and Air Dolomiti/Lufthansa carried 326,016 travelers on flights to/from Katowice Airport45,002 more (+16.0%) than in October 2024. 312,301 passengers flew on charter flights, which are handled for travel agencies – that’s 38,357 passengers more (+14.0%) in comparison with last year’s result. In the tenth month of 2025, Katowice Airport saw 4,896 aircraft takeoffs and landings, i.e., 488 more (+11.1%) than in October 2024.

Between January and the end of October 2025, 6,479,268 passengers were handled in Pyrzowice – 807,100 more (+14.2%) than last year. 2,985,144 travelers flew on regular flights316,862 more (+11.9%) than in 2024 – while 3,451,082 passengers were noted on charter flights, i.e., 468,637 more (+15.7%) than last year. Between January and the end of October 2025, Katowice Airport saw 47,403 takeoffs and landings – 4,712 more (+11.0%) than in 2024.
