Wizz Air announced that it will launch three new regular routes from Katowice Airport during summer.

On 15 June 2022 the air carrier will handle the first flight to Ibiza, Spain. Flights will be handled once a week: on Wednesdays.

On 16 June 2022 Wizz Air will launch Tirana, Albania. Flights will be available twice a week: initially on Thursdays and Sundays, and on Mondays and Fridays from 4 July.

On 18 June 2022 the airline will fly for the first time to Madeira, Portugal. Flights on this route will be available twice a week: on Tuesdays and Saturdays.
