The Route Development Team is responsible for developing Katowice Airport’s network. It also collects and holds information about a given airline, its needs and expectations. The team also prepares analyses using all manner of research tools at its disposal. Our analyses aid in discussions, provide a second opinion and generate new ideas in the negotiation process.
