For example, you may visit the historic town of Pszczyna with its beautiful park, the castellated manor in Promnice, the magnificent Old Town in Tarnowskie Góry, the Jasna Góra monastery in Częstochowa, and the castles of the Eagle's Nest Trail in the Kraków-Częstochowa Highland. Here you may also discover traces of the stormy and violent industrial past of the region, with its many historic mines and steelworks. The most interesting buildings can be found on the Technological Monuments Trail.
