Ryanair announced a new route available at Katowice Wojciech Korfanty Airport. First flight from Katowice Airport to Venice Marco Polo Airport will be available during the Summer 2022 schedule, on 27 March. The new route will be handled twice a week: on Thursdays and Sundays.

During the upcoming Winter 2021/2022 schedule, which begins on the last Sunday of October and ends on the last Saturday of March, Ryanair will offer 16 routes to 8 countries, i.e. to Cyprus (Paphos), Greece (Athens), Ireland (Dublin), Germany (Dortmund, Cologne/Bonn), Norway (Oslo-Gardermoen), Ukraine (Odessa, Kyiv-Borispol), the United Kingdom (Birmingham, Edinburgh, London-Stansted, Manchester) and Italy (Alghero, Bologna, Catania, Milan-Bergamo).
