New requirements for passengers
From 23 November 2020, all passengers travelling from Poland to Spain must show a negative PCR (RT-PCR) coronavirus test result. Moreover, all passengers must fill in a health control form (in English or Spanish) in order to generate a QR code which must be shown after arriving in Spain. The form is available on the official government website about the coronavirus, and on the SPAIN TRAVEL HEALTH-SpTH app.
Beginning 9 November 2020, all passengers travelling from "red" countries to Norway must have a negative coronavirus test result upon arriving. The test must be done up to 72 hours before arriving. Passengers who will not have a test result with them will be denied entry to Norway. Passengers with valid test results must undergo 10 days of quarantine. Due to Poland being recognized as a "red zone" country, all passengers travelling to Ukraine are subject to 14 days of quarantine. People who will show a negative PCR COVID-19 test result do not have to undergo self isolation.
Beginning 9 November, all passengers travelling from external risk zones, including Poland, to Germany, must obey new regulations related to crossing the country's border. All passengers must fill in a Digital Registration on Entry before travelling. In case of problems with registering, travellers must report to the respective health authority. Upon arriving in Germany, passengers must head to the declared place of stay and undergo 10 days of quarantine. The quarantine may be shortened by showing a negative coronavirus test result. The test can be done not earlier than five days after beginning quarantine. Tests performed in risk zone countries, including Poland, do not constitute grounds for reducing quarantine. Due to England entering a lockdown from 5 November to 2 December 2020, Her Majesty's Government recommends to only travel to/from England when it is absolutely necessary. More information is available on the official government website of the United Kingdom. Passengers travelling from Poland to the United Kingdom must undergo 14 days of quarantine.
