Katowice Airport

April this year saw Katowice Airport handle 193 969 passengers overall, which is 27 386 more (+16%) in comparison to the same month last year.

Since the beginning of the year, the airport in Pyrzowice has handled 659 709 travellers, which translates to 77 449 passengers more (+13%) in comparison to the first four months of 2014.

The Upper Silesian Aviation Group, which manages the airport in Pyrzowice forecasts that 2015 will break the 3 millon passenger mark.

Travellers can choose from 95 services, 35 regularly-scheduled routes and 60 charter destinations, in this year's summer timetable.
